“Just as in the mafia there are spy crimes, so in feminicides there are spy attitudes: symptoms of a possible worsening of violence. We prepare a booklet, with very understandable graphics, to be distributed in schools, social networks, workplaces", Nordio declared, continuing, “What yesterday might have seemed like gallantry, insistence, social messages could instead be a sign of future violence. And it is also necessary to inform boys of the prefigured crimes and the risks they run with certain behaviors because the accumulation of these crimes also makes me think of a sort of emulation".

According to the Minister of Justice Nordio “the aggressiveness of many men derives from the millenary sedimentation of male domination over women, which began in the early days of civilization when the only criterion of supremacy was muscular strength. Hence the female subordination in the military, political, cultural and sexual spheres. Only in recent decades have we taken note of equal gender dignity. But if rationality accepts this situation, our genetic code is difficult to remodulate. Since its roots are deep, it is these that we must affect.
