Ballots, polling stations open from 7am on Sunday in 101 municipalities.

Polling stations reopen in 7 municipalities on Sunday at 101am for the second round of elections administrative.

Round of ballots in which the center left, who won in the first round in 10 capitals, is aiming for full spoils, while the center, which won 5 capitals two weeks ago, is trying to overturn the result or shorten the distance.

The main challenges will be those of Florence, Bari e Perugia but also those of Campobasso e Potenza as well as, again to elect new mayors, those of Lecce e Caltanissetta. In total, 14 capitals are called to choose the mayor.

On Sunday the polls will remain open until 23pm and then, on Monday, they will reopen at 7am and close at 15pm when The counting of ballots will begin immediately. The organizational machine does not seem to have experienced any hitches and the the first element to analyze will be that of turnout.

In 'election day on 8 and 9 June the overall figure, for the European elections, stopped at 49,6% which represents the lowest percentage ever. For the "territorial" vote, however, the figures were very different with over 62% of the electorate going to the polls. In the three regional capital cities the challenge, in some cases, will be played out on the basis of votes.
