The Plus of Oristano launches the "Fund for Interventions for Persons with Disabilities" project.

The intervention, financed with PLUS funds, provides for the assignment of funding dedicated to the activation of social-welfare-educational services in favor of both citizens already belonging to the circuit social health and welfare, in addition to other welfare measures from which they benefit (for example law 20/97, law 162/98, Home Care Premium, etc.), and citizens who for various reasons lack valid forms of Support in the home environment.

Citizens residing in the municipalities of the Ambito del Plus Oristano socio-health district affected by physical or mental disabilities between the ages of 18 and 64 and in possession of at least one of the following requirements can access the measure:

1. Law 104/92 art 3;
2. be affected by a mental/intellectual disability under the care of social or health services;
3. be in the care of the Mental Health and Addictions Department or another health service.

The measure that will be assigned, whose maximum is equal to €4.000,00, may be remodulated with any reductions determined by the value of the ISEE socio-health care of the beneficiary, according to the brackets indicated in the project Guidelines.

The purpose of the aforementioned measure is aimed at covering the costs of services relating to health personnel, general assistants or educators provided by cooperatives accredited with Oristano's Plus.

I beneficiaries or their legal representatives should contact the Social service of the municipality of residence or the relevant social-health service (Mental Health Centre, Addiction Service, etc.) for the presentation of the application and the preparation and sharing of the project.
