With the competition notice published on May 27th by the Ministry of Culture (MiC), the public hiring in the area of high professionalism, the so-called "fourth area" identified with the latest CCNL Central functions for highly qualified employees. The competition, based on qualifications and exams, is aimed at recruitment of 75 staff units to be employed full-time and permanently in four different professional families.
In detail, the notice provides for the hiring of: 17 staff units belonging to the professional family of statistical-information systems (of which 15 with IT skills and 2 with statistical skills); 13 units belonging to the technical-scientific professional family for the protection of cultural heritage (of which 3 with skills in biology, 4 with skills in chemistry, 3 with skills in physics and the same number with skills in geology); 35 units belonging to the technical-specialist professional family for the protection and enhancement of cultural heritage (of which 10 with skills in architecture, 5 with skills in restoration and 20 with skills in engineering); finally 10 units belonging to the administrative and management professional family and with skills in management engineering.
The selection, in addition to the evaluation of qualifications, takes place with a possible pre-selection test, a written test and an oral test, distinct for the different competition codes according to the specificities of the profiles to be selected. This is the first competitive procedure managed by the RIPAM Commission and the Department of the Civil Service for recruitment in the area of high professionalism: therefore, among the participation requirements, in addition to the usual academic qualifications, is also including three years of professional experience in the work environment related to each profile.
Applications for participation can be submitted until 23.59pm on Wednesday 26 June 2024 by completing the application form on inPA, after registering on the same Portal.
