We have obtained substantial funding that goes precisely in this direction".
The service is managed by the company Bit Mobility, who won thepublic notice from the Municipality of Brindisi and operates in twenty-six Italian cities. To rent vehicles you need to use theirs application for smartphone. The tender also requires the company to carry out training courses, in schools and in squares of the city, for the correct use of scooters.
"The appeal I address to everyone – declares the commander of the Local Police Antonio Orefice – is to use common sense and follow the basic rules of the Highway Code. I invite everyone to do so responsibly for the good of the community".
