La Spezia: the agreements with the Liguria Region have been renewed with the entry of the Regional Agency for Employment, Training and Accreditation (ALFA).

This morning the Mayor of La Spezia Pierluigi Peracchini and the Regional Councilor with mandates for Work and Active Employment Policies, Augusto Sartori, signed an agreement which confirms the collaboration of the La Spezia Employment Center on the project Work Network and Infolavoro Help Desk.
Also present at the press conference were the Councilor for Work and Training of the Municipality of La Spezia Patrizia Saccone and the Mayors of the participating Municipalities.

"The counter Work Info is one tool developed in 2018 by the municipal administration and represents a point of reference for La Spezia companies, but above all for citizens who want to access the world of work. In recent years the desk has grown a lot thanks to the Work Network - declares the Mayor of La Spezia Pierluigi Peracchini – its strength in fact lies precisely in the ability of the many members to create a system to communicate the various training or work opportunities in our territory. We are therefore pleased to announce the entry of ALFA Liguria and the Municipalities of our Province in the Network.”

“With the entry of Alfa Liguria and many municipalities in the La Spezia area, we are renewing and expanding a Work Network which, year after year, has been growing ever more conspicuously – says the regional councilor Augusto Sartori – More fragile people with fewer tools, who often turn to the Municipality for help, have the right information to then have dedicated guidance and support in finding a job with the Employment Centre. Furthermore, considering that coordination meetings are often held at the CPI with the Infolavoro desk operator of the Municipality of La Spezia, it is therefore possible to define a network and team work all-round to provide a complete service in the area".

“The Liguria Region is carrying out an important training project throughout its territory that guarantees future employment for our young people – declares the regional councilor for training Marco Scajola -. The initiatives have now become countless, with the same aim of preparing excellent professionals in strategic sectors for the economy of our land. From this perspective we collaborate profitably with the Municipality of La Spezia, certainly virtuous in the training field, which has been able to build an InfoWork Desk and a Work Network of the highest level and of which our Employment Agency also officially becomes part of with pride , training and accreditation (Alfa). Thanks to the European Social Fund, the resources to train job seekers are there and will be there in the coming years too, it will be up to us to know how to best convey them and I believe that these types of tools are ideal for doing so by sharing projects and initiatives".

The Liguria Region, given the results achieved in recent years by the Infolavoro Desk, has decided to actively participate in the Network also through the entry of the Regional Agency for Work, Training and Accreditation (ALFA) Liguria.
Alfa Liguria's membership of the Network takes place following a now consolidated and fruitful collaboration between it and the Municipality of La Spezia, and is aimed at further strengthening the training aspect within the Employment Network and the Infolavoro Desk .
La Rete per il Lavoro is a network of public and private entities who operate at provincial level on the topic of work and training. Over the course of these years, the number and type of individuals participating in the Network have progressively grown, thus increasing the services to support people looking for job and training opportunities in the area.
The schools are part of it, through the Regional School Office, the Riviere di Liguria Chamber of Commerce, the La Spezia Employment Centre, the trade associations, the trade unions, the training bodies, the employment agencies (ApL ), Third Sector Bodies and Research Bodies.
The contribution of the La Spezia Employment Center is fundamental to collaborate in an integrated way on the main initiatives promoted at provincial level on the subject of work, since it represents the point of reference for the meeting between those who offer and those who seek work, supporting the user in active research and avoiding duplication of interventions in the area.
Now strong in the presence of over 40 subjects, the Rete is made available to all municipalities in the province, allowing all citizens of the participating municipalities to have an effective support tool in the acquisition of useful information to orient themselves with respect to the services available for work and training.
The Municipalities of BOLANO, BORGHETTO DI VARA, CALICE AL CORNOVIGLIO, CARRODANO, FOLLO, LERICI, PIGNONE, PORTOVENERE, RICCÒ DEL GOLFO, SANTO STEFANO DI MAGRA, SARZANA AND VEZZANO LIGURE have joined the Network.
These Municipalities have decided to join the Network in the certainty that it is a highly valuable service capable of offering a tangible response for all those who are looking for information in relation to employment, training activities and the local professional market.

“A closer collaboration between the Municipality of La Spezia and Alfa Liguria – declares the councilor of the Municipality of La Spezia Patrizia Saccone – it is also useful on the professional training front, in order to activate tenders specifically aimed at satisfying the needs of the local productive fabric, identified by the capital municipality thanks to an analysis of territorial training needs which will be updated shortly"
