Israel warns Paris: «Iran's plan for a terrorist attack on the Olympics».

The Israeli foreign minister Israel Katz he sent a letter to his French counterpart Stéphane Stayed warning him of a conspiracy supported by Iran to attack the Israeli delegation to the Paris 2024 Olympics. The Israeli media reported it.

“There are people who seek to undermine the celebratory nature of this joyous event”, he writes Katz, “we currently have assessments of the potential threat posed by groups close to Iran and other terrorist organizations that aim to carry out attacks against members of the Israeli delegation and Israeli tourists during the Olympics”.

The 88 Israeli athletes at the Paris Games are protected 24 hours a day by French security services and are also monitored by Shin Bet officials, following a series of threats to the delegation and the proceedings.

A group of hackers calling themselves Zeus has published an extensive database of personal and organizational data on the Israeli delegation at the Paris Olympics: among the documents that ended up online there are photos of identity cards, driving licenses, access data for online accounts and services, plane tickets, private photographs. He brings it back Ynet. “We are waiting for you in France”, hackers wrote on Telegram and on a website that has already been blocked in Israel.
