Brescia: the parks will not reopen before June 15th

Brescia, the mayor Emilio Del Bono has decided to extend the opening of all city parks until June 15th.

It will therefore be possible to access the Parco delle Colline area (including Monte Maddalena, Collina di S. Anna, the Mella cycle path) and the Parco delle Cave and all parks, gardens and municipal green areas will be open from 7am to 20pm, both those equipped with a locking service with fences and gates, and those that are open.

There remains a ban on using areas equipped for children's play, areas for physical activity for adults and sports surfaces. However, on an experimental basis, the use of some of these will be permitted, which will be appropriately marked, in which thorough daily cleaning can be guaranteed. The children's play areas of the Torri Gemelle park, the Castelli park, the Ducos 1 and Ducos 2 parks, the Stagioni park in via Collebeato and the Giffoni park in Villaggio Sereno will be open, as indicated in table 1.
All dog areas in the city will continue to be open, within which you cannot stay for more than 15 minutes. The maximum number of people foreseen for each dog area must be strictly respected, as indicated in table 2.
Sales and administration activities will also be permitted within all parks. Managers will have to respect national and regional guidelines for the safe opening of restaurant services.

Those who manage municipal urban gardens will be able to continue to access them to carry out ordinary agronomic work.
Inside the parks, any form of gathering must be avoided, safety distances must be respected and it will be mandatory to wear masks as required by national and regional provisions.
The Police Forces and other authorized and recognizable entities will verify that these provisions are fully respected. They will also check that containment measures are observed, through the correct use of masks, and that physical distancing is respected.

At the entrances to parks, play areas and dog areas, the Local Police will post notices to inform the population which areas are closed and which are open.
