Piacenza: He abuses and continues to ask his mother for money to buy drugs, 43-year-old arrested

The exhausted woman turned to the police who put an end to the harassment of her son who was arrested and taken to prison. At least since September 2019 she was harassed by her own son, now 43, who mistreated her and threatened her to get money to buy drugs. The man is accused of mistreatment of his mother with whom he previously lived.

According to what was reconstructed by the military and the numerous interventions carried out, In order to get money to use for the purchase of drugs, the son used to insistently ask his mother for it, who on some occasions refused. When this happened, he would go into a rage: pushing, tugging, verbal threats. He also often vented his anger on the furniture and furnishings of their home, continuing to threaten and heavily insult the woman. To try to resolve the situation the woman had also left her home to go and live in another town in a rented house.

After the umpteenth episode reported by the elderly woman two weeks ago to the Piacenza Carabinieri, the request for a personal precautionary measure has arrived by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Piacenza and the decision by the GIP of the Court of Piacenza.
The 43-year-old was tracked down and, after completing the formal procedures, was taken to the Piacenza prison as ordered by the judicial authorities.
