Piacenza: enforcement order of precautionary measure issued against 6 suspects executed

Piacenza: an order implementing a precautionary measure issued against 6 suspects has been executed.
The Carabinieri of the Fiorenzuola d'Arda Company have executed an application order for a precautionary measure issued at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Piacenza, against 6 suspects (4 Italians and 2 foreigners) who are presumed to be responsible, in various capacities and in conjunction, for the crimes of trafficking and illicit possession of narcotic and psychotropic substances.
By order of the GIP of the Court of Piacenza, in the “Bassa” Piacenza, in particular in Monticelli d'Ongina and Castelvetro Piacentino, the military of the Fiorenzuola d'Arda Company have executed the restrictive measure against all the interested parties, of which 4 were reached by precautionary custody in prison and 2 by precautionary custody under house arrest.
The investigations, launched in June 2023 by the Monticelli d'Ongina Station and the Company's Operations Section, coordinated by the Piacenza Public Prosecutor's Office and concluded in December 2023, made it possible to dismantle and shed light on a "group" of individuals - composed of Italian, Indian and Albanian drug dealers - who procured cocaine, hashish and marijuana in drug dealing areas managed by Maghreb citizens located in the Piacenza countryside, to then sell said narcotic to a group of local consumers or those arriving from the nearby city of Cremona.
It was a central investigation in that territory, which allowed us to document numerous drug sales and identify just as many consumers.
Often subjects from the area and of different ages, both men and women.
The activity was developed with targeted technical activities that allowed, not only to document the extreme criminal dynamism of the group, but also to make 2 arrests in flagrante in December 2023, as well as to seize approximately 25 grams of cocaine, 200 grams of marijuana and approximately 150 grams of hashish in addition to almost 10 thousand euros, believed to be the proceeds of the illicit activity.
