Piacenza: driving drunk, without a license and without insurance, 30-year-old reported.

The 30-year-old foreigner ended up in the net of the Carabinieri's night checks: he was driving his VW Golf without a license and without insurance.
The motorist was reported for driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a license as a repeat offender. His car was seized.

He was stopped in Piazzale Libertà by a team from the Piacenza Radiomobile who immediately noticed that the young worker was not in suitable physical condition for driving.

He was subjected to breathalyzer tests which showed a blood alcohol level significantly higher than the limits set by law.

Not only that, during the checks it emerged that the same person had driven without ever having obtained a driving license with a repeat offence, in the sense that already in February of a year ago he had been contested by the Piacenza Highway Police for the same infringement.

The car he was traveling in also had no insurance coverage. Reports were immediately filed against him and his vehicle was seized.

Piacenza: guida l’auto ubriaco, senza patente e senza assicurazione, 30enne denunciato.
