Piacenza: 40-year-old reported for resisting arrest and being drunk and disorderly.

Un 40 year old foreigner was reported for resistance to a public official e drunkenness, after having damaged a shop window and resisted the Carabinieri intervened. The man, in an evident state of agitation, attempted to break down the entrance door of a clothing store located in via Colombo, Piacenza, kicking it and causing damage to the structure.

The order's notification allowed the immediate intervention of a crew of Piacenza Mobile Radio, who tracked down the individual as he was walking away without any identification. When stopped by the officers, the 40-year-old North African resisted, attempting to avoid being taken to the barracks and refusing to get into the car.

The shop employee also reported to the Carabinieri that the previous day the man had entered the shop and had taken away three jackets without paying them. When she saw him return the next day, she locked the door to prevent another burglary and took refuge in the bathroom. The man, noticing what was happening, started screaming and banging on the door violently.

With considerable effort, the soldiers managed to get the subject into the car and take him to the barracks. After complete identification, the foreigner was reported for resisting a public official e fined for drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
