Castel San Giovanni: 24-year-old flees at Carabinieri stop, arrested after long chase.

Busy night in Castel San Giovanni, where a 24 year old worker was arrested for resisting a public official after ignored the alt of the Carabinieri and having started a reckless escape.

At about 2 night on March 22, a patrol of the Carabinieri engaged in a checkpoint in Dogana Po location, has ordered theold to onecar with a hooded woman driving. The driver, instead of stopping, started a escape at full speed crossing the center of Castel San Giovanni, driving the wrong way through several roundabouts and continuing along the state 412 to Borgonovo Val Tidone.

The chase ended in Via Agazzari, where the car was finally locked by the military after having rammed a parked car.

There was also a person on board the vehicle 30enne, which managed to escape on footbut it was identified and reported subsequently for resistance to a public official.

La 24enne it was instead arrested and led to the arrest.

Le searches on the vehicle and on the woman they gave negative result, but further investigations revealed that the car it was already subjected to administrative detention for failure to review.
