I Carabinieri of the Provincial Command of Pescara, for the upcoming holidays, have prepared targeted territorial control services aimed, in particular, at combating predatory crimes and the activity of dealing of narcotic substancesPatrols from the various dependent departments were employed and, in the circumstances, they:

• In Montesilvano, the military of Operational and Mobile Radio Unit they arrested a 49enne, Teramo, already subjected to the least afflictive measure of the arrest. The man, author of several escapes and investigated for violation of the law on narcotics, was sent to the Pescara District Prison, in compliance with an order issued by the Court of Teramo.
• In Pescara, the military of Operational and Mobile Radio Unit, within the scope of the planned services also aimed at combating gender violence, they arrested a 39enne in flagrante delicto for violation of the approach ban to the places frequented by the injured party. The man was checked while he did not respect the prescription of not approaching within five hundred meters of the victim.
• In Spoltore, the Carabinieri of the local station arrested a 52enne, in execution of an order for the serving of a prison sentence under the regime of home detention, issued by Surveillance Court of L'AquilaThe man will have to serve a remaining sentence of 8 months in prison for fraud-related crimes committed in the Teatine area.

• In Cepagatti, the Carabinieri of the local station reported a 35enne of Romanian nationality for violation of immigration lawThe man, burdened by a ban on residing in Pescara and its province, was caught while walking through the streets of the town.

During the activity, which will continue in the next few days, numerous tests were carried out checkpoints along the main connecting arteries and meeting places. Particular attention was given to verifying the correct winter equipment of motor vehicles, especially those in transit through mountainous areas, in particular Penne e peoples.
