Foligno: he fires intimidating shots with a blank gun during a fight, reported by the Carabinieri

The Carabinieri of the Radiomobile Section of the Foligno Company reported a man at liberty to the Public Prosecutor's Office of Spoleto for aggravated threats.

The facts, which occurred in Foligno, involve a 57-year-old and a 31-year-old, following trivial reasons of disturbing the peace, had an argument, in which the former fired shots with a blank gun from his home towards the boy's car which was driving in a nearby street.

The latter, frightened by the gunshots and suddenly moved away from the scene, contacted the Single Emergency Number – NUE – 112, informing the Carabinieri of the Radiomobile Section of the incident, who immediately reached him.

Having identified the home of the perpetrator, the military carried out a local search at the end of which they found the blank pistol, which was subsequently seized, together with the blank ammunition, and the 57-year-old was reported to the Public Prosecutor's Office of Spoleto.
