Bastia Umbra: a 77-year-old man was attacked by a group of youths and left on the ground.

This evening, in Bastia Umbra, the Carabinieri of the Assisi Company intervened together with personnel from the 118 service, following a an assault on a 77-year-old.

The man, who lives in a side street of the main street, he would have gone down into the garden of the house because he was woken up by the noise of some young people and, following an argument, it would have been hit and left on the ground.

Rescued immediately by his son, he was transported by paramedics to the Santa Maria della Misericordia Hospital in Perugia, where he was admitted with a reserved prognosis, not in danger of life.

The Carabinieri have started investigations to reconstruct the facts and trace the identity of one or more of the aforementioned, presumed responsible for the serious injuries caused to him.
