Umbertide (Perugia), escapes from house arrest, steals a car, causes two accidents and runs away: 29-year-old reported

Last Monday, July 8th, near a bar located in via Garibaldi in that town, A Fiat Punto was stolen, left temporarily unattended by the owner.

The perpetrator of the theft he had been noticed by some passers-by who tried to stop him, but the man is managed to escape on board the vehicle, colliding with two other parked cars. The car was abandoned on the spot, he fled on foot, losing track of himself.
