Perugia: Abuse of 21-year-old partner, 24-year-old arrested

GThanks to the courage of the unfortunate woman, who found the strength to tell what she had suffered, it was possible to reconstruct a series of incidents of domestic violence that had been going on since July last year.

The harassment consisted of violence, death threats, beatings and psychological isolation, causing a situation of serious suffering for the victim.The investigative activity carried out by the Carabinieri has allowed them to collect serious evidence useful for proceed to arrest the author, which, after communicating with the magistrate on duty of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Perugia, he was associated with the Perugia – Capanne prison. The surgery put an end to a real nightmare for the young woman, giving her back greater awareness and confidence in this delicate phase.

The arrest was validated by the Judge of the Court of the capital who ordered the responsible party to be subject to the precautionary measure of a ban on residing in Umbria and a ban on approaching the injured party.
