Sunday 9 March, the Police of Vigevano intervened promptly saving the life of a 54 year old man who wanted to commit suicide.
In the late afternoon, a woman contacted the 112, reporting her husband missing, which, in strong economic difficulty, has said he wanted to commit suicide and was now untraceable.
Having gathered the first information, the agents headed to the area of Ticino Park, Lanca Ayala locality, where they spotted the man's car parked in a lot. Entering the woods, they noticed a figure intent on prepare a noose with a rope.
With a quick and decisive intervention, the police officers have the man was blocked and the worst was averted, saving him.
