Pavia: They attack a boy, robbing him of his phone, wallet and even his clothes, 4 reported

In the early hours of May 29, State Police personnel were engaged in the execution of four personal precautionary measures, three of which issued by the GIP of the Court of Pavia and one from the Juvenile Court of Milano.

The restrictive measures are aimed at four people, one of whom is a minor, who were responsible for one robbery committed with particularly reprehensible methods in the centre of Pavia, to the detriment of an eighteen year old.

The facts date back to the evening of April 13th, when the four suspects approached the young victim at the Piazzale della Minerva underpass, beating him and threatening him with death, thus managing to steal some of his personal belongings, including his smartphone and wallet. The investigations carried out by the Flying Squad personnel allowed the facts to be quickly reconstructed, identifying the young perpetrators. The conduct of the four, promptly reported to the judicial authorities, was evident right from the start connotations of notable reprehensibility as the violent action also saw the perpetrators stripping the victim of his clothes who remained almost completely naked and defenseless in the underpass where he had been attacked.

For the crimes committed, the three adult perpetrators were subjected to measure of house arrest, while the fourth co-responsible, just seventeen years old, was the recipient of the measure of placement in an educational community.

The investigation led to the immediate identification of those responsible for the serious episode also thanks to the widespread control of the territory ordered by Police Commissioner Falvella, confirming the high attention that the State Police reserves for the phenomena of oppression and violence which also concern the world of young people .
