Pavia, woman killed by those she wanted to save
Another murder of a woman by the man she trusted, who she wanted to save from an evil life. The crime of Lidia Peschechera, 12 years old, a well-known animal rights and civil rights activist, took place on February 49th in the apartment on Via De Pretis in Pavia. The woman who had hosted her twenty-nine-year-old partner at home for a few months had recently decided to send him away due to the constant and violent arguments. She had called the police but she had not reported him. And so that afternoon, at the end of a violent argument, Alessio Nigro, 28 years old, a do-nothing drug addict, strangled her. The man then, not knowing where to go with her, watched over her for three days, sending text messages from his cell phone to her employer and her friends, as well as draining her account. On February 15th he disappeared. When the police discovered the crime on the 17th, it wasn't difficult to follow his trail and arrest him. He was in a hostel on Via Doria a Milano. Nigro admitted that he strangled Lidia and that she lost her mind. Now he is in prison on charges of aggravated voluntary manslaughter. Lidia's friends and those who knew her and respected her for her activism await Justice at this point.
