Bosa: aggravated injuries, house arrest for an 18 year old.

In the validation hearing, the Court of Oristano ordered the precautionary custody of house arrest for the 18-year-old from Bosa who on August 21 hit his uncle in the back with the harpoon of a spear gun. He had been arrested by the Carabinieri of Bosa.
The Public Prosecutor's Office of Oristano charges him with the crime of aggravated personal injury.

The event occurred locally. Terridi of the town of Bosa and the attacker at the height of a dispute, which took place within the family. The young man grabbed an underwater rifle to hit the 44-year-old in the back.

Immediately rescued, the victim was transported by helicopter to the Santissima Annunziata hospital in Sassari where he underwent surgery to extract the embedded harpoon.

He was discharged the following morning with a prognosis of 15 days.
