Macomer: 39-year-old arrested twice for violating the red code.

A man of he was arrested twice within a few days by Carabinieri of the Macomer Company for violation of the precautionary measure of the prohibition to approach to the injured party, measure ordered by the Court of Oristano in the context of a proceeding for red code.

The first arrest occurred after the man was caught while knocking on his mother's door, from which he should have maintained the distance imposed by the judicial provision. The alarm was raised launched by family members, which required the immediate intervention of the military.

Despite the measures imposed, within just one day, the man decided to return to the mother's house again, once again violating the precautionary provisions.

The epilogue was identical: the 39-year-old was tracked down by the Carabinieri of Silanus and by 'Macomer Mobile Radio Unit, arrested again e taken to the Massama prison (Oristano).

This time, the Judge ordered pre-trial detention in prison, considering the measure necessary to prevent further violative conduct and to guarantee the safety of the injured party.
