In recent days a patrol of the Traffic Police Section of Novara – Novara East Subsection, following a road accident autonomous and with injuries, which occurred in A/4, at the Settimo Torinese junction (Turin), required the intervention of a rescue truck to remove the vehicle, as it is no longer running. A tow truck arrived on site owned by a company responsible for this type of activity, whose driver, subjected to inspection, in compliance with ministerial provisions, aimed at ensuring compliance with legality in the motorway sector, was found to possess a counterfeit Italian driving licence.
As a result of the checks carried out, it was ascertained that the driver of the vehicle had been made the recipient, in the year 2020, revocation of the driving license for an indefinite period, for other traffic violations. It was therefore reported at large, to the Public Prosecutor's Office of Turin, for possession of a false and sanctioned driving document, administratively, for driving without a licence, for an amount equal to €5.100.
