Novara: A 32-year-old man is arrested after a fight at the station.

On the afternoon of December 8tha whirlpool bath, Report of a fight at the Novara railway station arcades led to the arrest of a man who was the recipient of a detention orderThe intervention took place around 16.30, when the Operations center sent Two crews of the Novara State Police in Piazza Garibaldi, following a phone call from a citizen reporting an argument between his brother and a small group of people.

Upon the arrival of the patrol officers, the argument had already ended, having lasted only a few minutes. At the scene the contenders were no longer present, but only some witnesses who provided their statements on what happened.

During the witness identification operations, a check in the archives has brought to light the position of a 32-year-old man, Moroccan citizen, result recipient of a Prison Order issued by the Novara Public Prosecutor's Office on November 10th.

The provision provides for theexecution of a sentence of 2 years, 10 months and 20 days of imprisonment, in addition to the payment of one fine of one thousand euros. The operators have therefore accompanied the man to the police station to proceed to photo-dactyloscopic surveys and the formal notification of the act.

Once the ritual procedures were completed, the man was transferred to the Novara prison, where he will serve the sentence provided by the judicial order.

The dispute that had given rise to the request for intervention it had no further developments, but the activity of the State Police has nevertheless allowed to execute a provision that has been pending for about a month, thus ensuring the subject is brought to justice.
