Seregno: tries to steal a Carabiniere's service weapon, arrested

Promptly chased and contained by the military, the 25-year-old, after having put up a lively resistance, was safe place.

Already known to the police, he was declared under arrest and the Deputy Prosecutor on duty of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Monza was immediately notified, who arranged for his appearance at the hearing with a direct procedure for the morning of November 30, at the end of which the single-judge Tribunal decided the arrest was validated, applying to the suspect, awaiting trial, the precautionary measure of the obligation to report to the judicial police.
