36-year-old arrested in Seregno for possession and dealing of marijuana

The Carabinieri of the Operational and Radiomobile Nucleus of the Seregno Company have a 36-year-old resident of the city was arrested in flagrante delicto, held responsible for the crime of illicit possession of narcotics for the purpose of dealing. During a territorial control operation aimed at combating drug trafficking, the military proceeded to car control who was walking along Via Carlini with a suspicious gait. There were two people on board the vehicle and the nervous attitude of the passenger prompted the military to investigate further.

The man was found in possession of two packages containing a narcotic substance of the marijuana type. The subsequent search of his home allowed us to find further substances of the same type, for a total weight of approximately 1,2 kg, as well as precision scales, packaging material for the doses and a mobile phone. What was found was seized. The 36-year-old, with no criminal record, was declared under arrest. By order of the Public Prosecutor on duty at the Public Prosecutor's Office of Monza, he awaited the hearing with a direct procedure at the security cells of the Seregno Company. At the end of the hearing, the Judge validated the arrest, ordering against him the precautionary measure of the obligation to report daily to the Judicial Police.
