The State Police officers of the Flying Squad of the Monza and Brianza Police Headquarters on the afternoon of November 21st last arrested in execution of a precautionary measure order of house arrest issued by the Preliminary Investigations Judge of the Court of Monza, an Italian citizen born in 2004, resident in Monza, seriously suspected of being one of the perpetrators of the violent robbery committed on the night of April 13th in via de Gradi.
Immediately after the incident, the State Police Flying Squad intervened on the scene at the request of one of the young victims, they had arrested two of the perpetrators in flagrante delicto, both Italian citizens of South American origins, already known to the police for similar episodes. From the story given immediately after the events by the victims It emerged that the five youths had been chased by the group of attackers who, after catching up with them, surrounded one of them to get him to hand over his mobile phone and wallet, hitting him with punches and kicks.
In the same context, Two of the friends who had come to the rescue had also been attacked with the same violence, to the point that three of them had to seek medical attention. One of them, in particular, had suffered a chipped tooth. The violent conduct then ended with the seizure of a mobile phone and personal effects, as well as the sum of 20 euros.
The investigations of the State Police, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Monza, through the vision of the city cameras and the testimonies of all those involved, it was possible to reconstruct all the phases of the affair and to identify the perpetrators and the conduct of each of them. In particular, it emerged that the aggression, which arose from trivial reasons and was fueled by the dynamics of the group, had begun with the pursuit of the victims from via Enrico da Monza and continued on via Bergamo, to then culminate in the violence committed in via De Gradi.
In addition to the first two individuals arrested in flagrante and the additional boy placed under house arrest, following the investigative activity carried out serious evidence was collected against two other 17-year-olds, a boy with a criminal record for robbery and threats, and a girl who, despite having no criminal record, had slapped, pulled her hair and insulted one of the victims. Both were reported to the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Juvenile Court of Milano.
The boy traced in the municipality of Carpiano, in the province of Milano, at the end of a targeted stakeout service at the workplace, he was placed under house arrest in Monza, at the family home.
