Sovico: 48-year-old arrested for violating the prohibition order.

On the evening of Saturday October 19 2024, the Carabinieri of the Biassono Station have a 48-year-old Italian man arrested, resident in Monza, for having violated the order to approach his ex-partner, a 35 year old resident in Brianza. This situation had led to the activation of the "Red Code” following which the Public Prosecutor's Office of Monza had requested and obtained from the Judge for Preliminary Investigations the issuing of the precautionary measure of prohibition of approaching the injured party, as well as the places usually frequented by the same.

That evening, the patrol of the Biassono Carabinieri Station, while passing in the immediate vicinity of the woman's home, came across a car with a man on board. The military personnel the vehicle was recognized as the same one reported by the victim as being used by her ex-partner and, after a short chase, have stopped the car not far from the woman's home.

On board the vehicle was 48 year old identified already known to the operating crew. During the search of the vehicle, they were a pair of gloves, a portion of a steel cutter blade, without the handle and a fabric rope of approximately 170 cm were found, all of which were seized.

The 48-year-old was declared under arrest and held in the security cells of the Provincial Carabinieri Command of Monza.
