On the morning of November 25, 2024, the Carabinieri of the Carate Brianza Station have reported while at liberty un 16enne resident in Casatenovo (LC), accused of threat, aggravated personal injury and illegal possession of a bladed weapon.
Around 8:00, the military intervened at a Scholastic Institute of the Brianza centre, after a request for help arrived via the emergency number NUE112. On site, a 17 year old young student was found with a large wound on the left hand, still bleeding.
From the first reconstructions, it emerged that the boy had remained involved in an argument for trivial reasons with three peers near the bus stop in Brianza Avenue. During the altercation, one of the young men had pulled out a switchblade, pointing it at the victim's belly, who had wound to the palm of the hand while trying to defend himself.
The investigations and testimonies collected have allowed us to immediately identify the attacker, who in the meantime had gone to the school he attends. The victim was transported to the hospital by the 118 health workers and subsequently discharged with a prognosis of 15 days.
The 16-year-old, who had disposed of the knife before the arrival of the Carabinieri, was taken to the Carate Brianza Command for the formal procedures and then entrusted to the parents. The incident was reported to the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Juvenile Court of Milano.
