“Antarctic Theocratic State of San Giorgio”, organization dismantled in Catanzaro

Vast operation coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Catanzaro directed by the Prosecutor Nicola Gratteri and carried out by the men of the State Police belonging to the Catanzaro Police Headquarters and with the help of the Central Prevention Police Directorate and the Police Headquarters of Cosenza, Genoa, Lucca, Perugia, Padua, Teramo and Trapani.

The complex and detailed investigation resulted in dozens of precautionary measures and numerous suspects.

They had structured a system capable of building papers and to be accredited using a state entity created ad hoc, the “Antarctic Theocratic State of St. George“, endowed with autonomous sovereignty, to evade taxes and carry out multiple scams, the organization brought to light by the operation conducted by the State Police of Catanzaro and coordinated by the Prosecutor's Office of the Calabrian capital.

Members of the organization were even exempted from having the Covid vaccine.

The alleged crimes are criminal association, fraud, manufacturing and possession of false documents valid for expatriation and Recycling.
