Following the robbery, the victim was transported to the “HUMANITAS” hospital of Rozzano, where she had been taken in charge with an orange code, with several bruises on the face, lips and chest, also presenting several abrasions on both elbows and a torn shirt. The man was later discharged with a seven-day prognosis.

The "Falchi" police officers of the Milan Flying Squad, after a complex investigative activity, managed to trace the identity of the two Moroccans with multiple criminal records, aged 42 and 29, who were notified of the restrictive measure on 11 September last at the "Francesco di Cataldo" prison in Milano, where they were already detained for another reason.

The two men had been arrested on August 15th for resisting arrest by patrol officers because, after attempting to escape on a stolen scooter in an attempt to evade a stop, they had violently attacked the police officers once stopped.
