Messina prepares for Christmas 2024: presentation of the program of events at Palazzo Zanca.

The upcoming Christmas holidays in Messina will be, as per tradition, an opportunity to offer citizens moments of sharing, of sociality accompanied by the magic of Christmas, but also to promote the entire municipal area, city centre and villages.

It is with this intention that the municipal administration led by the mayor Federico Basile has taken care of the preparation of a rich calendar of initiatives resulting from the synergy of the entire administrative machine with the municipal subsidiaries, and in collaboration with local technical and economic operators, who have expressed their interest in setting up musical and entertainment events and shows as part of the Christmas in Messina 2024 promotional plan “Brand Messina”.

The program will be presented at a press conference that will be held on December 2nd, at 9.30 am, in the Hall of Flags of Palazzo Zanca. The meeting was attended by Mayor Basile together with the Councillors of the Municipal Council and the General Manager of the Municipality of Messina, with the Presidents and members of the Boards of Directors of the Participating Companies.

The launch of the calendar of initiatives It is set for December 8, 2024 with the lighting of the decorated tree in the atrium of Palazzo Zanca and to follow, the lighting of the Christmas trees installed in various spaces of the City.
