Presented this morning at Ancona station a new latest generation electric train of the fleet of the Regional, Brand Trenitalia (Italian State Railways Group)), and will run from Ancona to Pesaro, Ascoli and Fabriano, touching all the localities of the Region.  Trenitalia's investment plan in regional transport continues, which is making available to travellers from the Marche region increasingly modern and comfortable trains. With these deliveries the average age of the Regional fleet in the Marche region drops to approximately   – one of the lowest in the entire national panorama – destined to decrease further by 2025 thanks to the arrival of other 8 new trains.

 With the train presented today, the number of single-deck electric trains already operating in the Marche region rises to five. The regional fleet thus continues its renewal process, which has already seen theputting into service 17 latest generation trains.

All in line with the Service Contract signed between Trenitalia (Italian State Railways Group) and Marche region in 2019: a fifteen-year agreement that includes over 300 million euro of total investments of which 37 are paid by the Region.

THE ELECTRIC SINGLE-DECKER TRAIN

THE NEW SUMMER TIMETABLE IN THE MARCHE
