Back to Epoca by Night, the elegance competition for ASI vintage cars.

The event organized by the Autoclub Storico Pesaro “Dorino Serafini” will take place on Friday 2 August between Villa Caprile and Piazzale della Libertà.

«An event that attracts enthusiasts from all over Italy – explains Sports councilor Mila Della Dora – an extraordinary event that enriches the summer program of the Italian Capital of Culture and celebrates the passion and identity of our city, Land of Pilots and Engines. I thank the Autoclub Storico Pesaro “Dorino Serafini” for the care, commitment and attention they put into the organization. Thanks also to ASI for the many initiatives and the closeness it has shown to our city, enhancing its excellence».

There are 43 vintage vehicles involved, 11 categories, 19 ASI clubs (8 from the Marche region), 20 car manufacturers involved. These are the numbers of the 5th edition of Epoca by Night, «the event will start at 10.30 at Villa Caprile – thus the president of the Autoclub Storico Pesaro “Dorino Serafini” Danilo Crescentini – where a first selection of the competition will take place. In the afternoon, at around 16.30pm, the cars will move to Piazzale della Libertà where, starting from 21.30pm, there will be the final phase of the initiative with the announcement of the winners".

A prestigious event, as also underlined by the vice president of the Autoclub Storico Pesaro “Dorino Serafini” Fabrizio Chinè: «The vintages of the cars range from 1929 to 2003.

We have 6 pre-war vehicles, 14 ranging from the 40s to the 60s.

A very broad and rich overview, the result of a meticulous selection and complex work that we carry out throughout the year together with hundreds of collectors." Among the new features is the parade of 15 cars that have made the history of our country, accompanied by songs of the time.

And the presence of a prestigious Rolls Royce which blew out 90 candles.

The regional councilor also underlined the importance of the event Micaela Vitri: «Epoca by Night is a traveling open-air museum, a flagship for the entire territory. An added value for the Italian Capital of Culture, which creates tourism and attracts hundreds of citizens."
