Macerata: preventive services of Carabinieri, arrests and reports

As part of the prevention services implemented by the Provincial Carabinieri Command of Macerata:

• the Carabinieri of the Mogliano and Corridonia stations intervened in a bar in Monte San Giusto where the presence of a person had been reported, in obvious state of intoxication, that he was annoying the customers of the place. Upon the arrival of the military, the subject, a 49 year old Romanian years already known to the Police Force, he did not show a collaborative attitude at all, on the contrary he refused to provide identification documents and started to to rail against the operators, addressing them offensive phrases and swear wordsThe soldiers tried to calm the agitated man, even asking him to leave a glass he was holding on the table, but he continued to put up strong resistance and attacked the officers, kicking them in the legs several times. In the end, with great difficulty, the soldiers managed to immobilize him and take him to the barracks, where he was arrested for violence and resistance to a public official and refusal to provide information about one's personal identity. As ordered by the Judicial Authority, the Romanian was placed under arrest at his home, awaiting the direct trial and the validation of the arrest;
• the Carabinieri of the Mobile Radio Unit of the Macerata Company intervened at a house in Macerata, where a 37 year old woman had threw his own cat from the balcony. The feline was rescued by a veterinarian and transported to a specific health service for treatment. The woman was referred to the Judicial Authority for mistreatment of animals;
• the Carabinieri of the Camerino Radiomobile Unit have deferred to the Judicial Authority a 78enne of the place for driving under the influence of alcohol, who, checked while driving his car in the town of Camerino, was found positive to the breathalyser test, with a alcohol content of 1,5 g/lThe military proceeded to driving license withdrawal for subsequent suspension;
