Treviso: success of the multidisciplinary approach against soft tissue tumors.

“In oncology every patient is a unique case, especially when talking about rare tumors. For this reason it is essential that he has the appropriate response in the name of the highest specialization, that which a synergy of multiple high-level professionals can provide. For this I congratulate the Management of Ulss 2 Marca Trevigiana and the specialist teams who, at Treviso Hospital, ensure an appropriate path for people affected by malignant tumors of the soft tissues. The team, in fact, join forces collegially in dealing with each case and the surgical intervention is planned in every phase, also in anticipation of possible variations and any needs that may have to be faced in the most delicate conditions".

With these words the president of Veneto Region, Luca Zaia, congratulates the Ulss 2 Company of Treviso, directed by Francecso Benazzi, and in particular with the General Surgery Operating Units 1, directed by Dr. Marco Massani, Urology, directed by Dr. Mario Salvatore Mangano, Cardiac Surgery, directed by Dr. Giuseppe Minniti, and Anesthesia and Resuscitation, directed by dr. Paolo Zanatta, for the effectiveness of the multidisciplinary model of which I am part in responding to patients suffering from rare soft tissue tumors.
