The president of the Lombardy Region said it Attilio Fontana who this morning, together with the vice president and councilor for Welfare Letizia Moratti and the general director of the West Milanese Asst Fulvio Odinolfi, inaugurated the new Emergency Department and the Technology Center of the Magenta Hospital.
"The structures – the president specified – they will ensure patients and healthcare workers have large, welcoming spaces with cutting-edge technologies, as required by the most modern accreditation and safety standards. Even the new emergency room, already active for two years, but never inaugurated due to the pandemic, is created with the aim of deliver excellent, modern and functional services to citizens".
“Targeted investments and a strong hospital network - He continued - from which it is possible to grow the territorial network to which the Healthcare Reform and the resources of the PNRR are giving new life. Our structures must, therefore, be strengthened to the maximum in order to achieve integration between the health area and the socio-health and social area. This is the biggest and most important challenge we are called to face. In fact, investments in Magenta do not end today, work is already underway on the new Dialysis department. The Lombardy Region does not stop, indeed it always looks to the future."
