Milano, July 29, 2024 – Milano it's more than a journey, it's a lifestyle. This is the message with which the city welcomes those who arrive there in these summer months.

Thanks to the launch of the new Yes campaignMilano "Milano, more than a trip. A lifestyle”, promoted by Milano & Partners, the official promotion agency of Milano, in collaboration with Visa, world leader in digital payments, the city promotes the diversity and richness of Milanese neighborhoods, with their unique proposal of artistic, cultural, gastronomic and entertainment experiences. From Porta Romana passing through Porta Venezia, strolling through the streets of Brera up to Isola, Certosa, Dergano or Lambrate: each neighborhood holds secrets and traditions to reveal, hidden gems to discover, a rich program of activities for all tastes.

They are the ones who lead tourists to discover these stories seven localheroes: for Brera the fashion designer Carlotta Orlandi, Venice Gate with Anna Frabotta, founder of FRAB'S Magazine & More, Island with the sommelier Saif Uddin, Dergano and Isola with the designer Maddalena Selvini, Porta Romana with the chef of the well-known Trippa restaurant, Diego Rossi, Lambrate with the cyclist Roberto Peia – founder of UBM – Urban Bike Messengers –, Certosa with Paola Cigoli, Communication and Marketing expert who works for the Cooperativa Di Mano In Mano.

Thanks to Yes's program of initiatives Milano and local heroes will be able to offer visitors an authentic experience that will accompany them in discovering our city with a journey through the neighbourhoods, stories and activities that make it unique", declares Martina Riva, Tourism Councilor of the Municipality of Milano.

“Chamber of Commerce, together with the Municipality, through this promotion campaign created by YesMilano and intended for international tourists and beyond, intends to continue in enhance the identity of Milano, with a different and original story that invites us to discover places perhaps less known and off the beaten track, but equally protagonists and at the center of the construction of a city, polycentric, inclusive and full of opportunities", comments Elena Vasco, Secretary General of the Chamber of Commerce of Milano Monza Brianza Lodi.

“This campaign represents a destination marketing initiative designed to suggest itineraries to tourists outside the historic center, promoting the city's neighborhoods,” says Fiorenza Lipparini, General Director of Milano & Partners. “Each neighborhood is a different experience and offers a unique way of experiencing the city that we want to offer to those who arrive Milano thanks to a choral story that, once again, involves authentic voices of the city", concludes Lipparini.
