Genoa: three new calls for tenders for companies investing in skills, circular economy and logistics process innovation.
There are 5,5 million euros, under the ERDF 2021-2027 programming, made available by the Liguria Region for companies that invest in skills, circular economy and innovation of the logistics process. The three new calls for tenders were announced by the regional councilor for Economic Development. “These are three new measures, which in previous editions have found a total interest from 153 companies, which we have decided to reopen to continue to support the competitiveness of our activities – explains the regional councilor for economic development – Between June and July, in particular, we will activate a 3 million tender to co-finance the investments of companies that intend to move from a linear to a circular approach, one of 1,5 million to strengthen specialist skills and one of 1 million to those Ligurian logistics companies that want to improve their intermodal process through innovative and digital paths".
“Waiting for the new tender dedicated to the circular economy – adds the councilor – we have also extended the previous measure until 20 June, which allows businesses to request up to 80% non-refundable for studies and consultancy. And, at the same time, we refinanced in the energy sector the regional instrument dedicated to energy communities which had attracted the interest of 16 lead municipalities. Thanks to another 148 thousand euros, in addition to the 100 thousand initial economic endowment, we will support all 34 municipal administrations involved with professional services, through the regional agency IRE".
NOTICE CIRCULAR ECONOMY
It will be active on Filse's 'Bandi On Line' desk from the 27 June to the 26 July (offline since June 21) the fourth regional call for tenders in favor of companies that intend to convert their activity from a linear to a circular approach. The instrument, falling within action 2.6.1 of the PR FESR 2021-2027, has the economic availability of 3 million euros and provides incentives to cover 100% of the investment (50% subsidized financing, 50% non-repayable grant including the reduction of the guarantee cost to 4% of the loan granted) for interventions useful for re-introducing unused raw materials into the value chain and ensuring that they do not become waste. Eligible expenses include: interventions on the production cycle, consultancy, software, patents, licenses and know-how (minimum investment: 25 thousand euros).
In the previous three editions, 46 applications were received for a total request for assistance exceeding 3,9 million euros.
NOTICE OF SKILLS
It will be active on Filse's 'Bandi On Line' desk from the 25 June to the 26 Julyinstead, the 1,5 million euro tender, falling within action 1.4.1 of the PR FESR 2021-2027, to increase internal company skills through the introduction of new professional skills, highly technological training and refresher courses. The measure is aimed at all Ligurian micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in single or associated form (including business networks) and at recently established companies, innovative start-ups and research spin-offs, provided that the projects fall within the areas of “Smart Specialization Strategy”.
The regional incentive consists of a non-repayable contribution that can reach, depending on the activities, 90% of investments in training courses or specialized services, innovation processes, technological and digital transformation, "green" transformation processes (minimum investment: 10 thousand euros).
In the previous two editions, 72 applications were received for a total request for relief exceeding 1,6 million euros.
LOGISTICS INNOVATION NOTICE
It will remain open on Filse's 'Bandi On Line' desk from the 20 June to the 12 Julyfinally, the one million euro regional tender, under action 1.3.7 of the PR FESR 2021-2027, in favor of innovation and digitalisation of logistics.
An opportunity that allows micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in the sector to access non-repayable contributions for 50% of the investments made to innovate and automate the logistics process.
Eligible expenses include: equipment, systems, components, systems, computer programs, software dedicated to the management, control and programming of the logistics process, construction work (modernization of factories) and purchase of machinery, purchase of newly registered means of transport excluded from road traffic (e.g. forklifts), purchase of road haulage vehicles powered exclusively or hybridly by alternative fuels to petrol/diesel (e.g. LNG, methanol, hydrogen, etc.), marketing products aimed at expanding the Italian/English market (minimum investment: 5 thousand euros).
With the previous edition, 35 applications arrived for a total request for relief exceeding 2,2 million euros.
