The municipal administration launches "R-estate al Centro", the project which aims to support families through work-life balance services.

The municipal administration starts “R- summer in the Center”, the project that aims to support families through work-life balance services, specifically dedicated to minors between 5 and 17 years old who live in the municipal area.
This was communicated by the councilor for Social Policies Filly Pollinzi.
The activities will be managed by Kairos who, thanks to the experience gained, has been able to grasp the idea of co-planning of the Municipality of Crotone, with a complete proposal of both recreational and educational activities.
The children and young people, in fact, will be engaged daily in creative workshops, games, sports activities and at the same time will be accompanied in carrying out their homework in preparation for the next school year.
“It's still summer time but for many parents who have resumed work, the problem arises of reconciling their needs before the start of the new school year and different activities” explains councilor Pollinzi.
“R-Estate al centro is a project that is launching for the first time, experimental and inclusive, which has educational and social purposes with the aim of offering children and young people moments of leisure, entertainment but also training experiences that give awareness respect for the environment and others. As a social service we are focusing a lot on prevention and supporting minors in their preparation and then accompanying them in the first months of the new school year, often the most critical ones, we are sure it will also help prevent cases of school dropout" concludes councilor Pollinzi.
