In particular, the following will be rewarded in the score: quality architectural and plant engineering: choice of materials and use of innovative computer technologies; the quality Environmental Sustainability (the treatment of waste materials and the hypotheses of arrangement of green spaces); the Construction methodologies, that is, how to minimize inconvenience.
The project includes the same size as the sea side sidewalk, two cycle lanes, two driveway lanes for emergency vehicles, loading and unloading and opening to cars when the municipal administration deems it appropriate.
Finally, the orderly arrangement of sidewalks on the side of restaurants and hotels.
Quality street furniture provided.
The total economic picture is 13,2 million euro. Others 300.000 € they will later be used for further technologies.
