A win the project was at a national level 'Young onlife Naples' and administration led by mayor Gaetano Manfredi presented for promote a inclusive and youth-friendly city on the model of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, in order to become communities in which new generations can live in a healthy, safe environment and with spaces dedicated to the development of their potential.

The mayor, in agreement with the councilor for youth policies Chiara Marciani, wanted dedicate this Premio to the memory of Giuseppe Sbrescia, a young activist who recently passed away. His commitment civic will come enhanced in organisers' activities scheduled for the Italian Youth City Award obtained by Naples.

The whole through un online system and capitalize le skills and proposals of the young – also through seminars and workshops held thanks to the support of the local network and in close contact with the Young Ambassadors. a synergy that will also allow the rethinking of youth centers located throughout the area, transforming them into meeting places between young people and institutions - promoting even new ones models di consultation with policies youth inherent: Culture and Creativity, Nightlife and Legality, Environment and Public Spaces, Skills and Work. The goals is to create one tool agile participation integrated between the experiences of Youth Forum, Youth Observatory, associations and young people from the municipalities.
