Lecce: the agents of the Otranto police station meet the students of the middle schools of Calimera, Matrignano, and Caprarica.
Strengthened by this principle, the agents of the Otranto police station, on the mornings of 18 and 19 December, went, respectively, to the State Comprehensive Institutes of Martignano and Caprarica of Lecce and met with the teaching staff and students of all the fifth grades of primary school and first and second grades of lower secondary school.
The presence of State Police personnel was requested by the organizers of the schools on the occasion of the upcoming holidays, where students will come into contact with the aforementioned material. Assisted by Dr. Antonio Giancarlo Spano, professional pyrotechnic, the police explained the legislation and clarified the risks and dangers that can arise from improper use of pyrotechnic material, discouraging their incorrect use.
The children and all the organisers, enthusiastic, thanked Mr. Commissioner for the opportunity given to him.
