Brescia, launch of the experimental home loan service of the Casazza library

Today, Thursday 4 June, the Casazza library launched the experimental home loan service for users of the neighborhood who are over 70 years old, for people with disabilities and for those in quarantine.

The delivery and collection of the books, prepared by the librarians in plastic bags, are carried out by the volunteers of the Italian Rescue Corps of the Order of Malta in Brescia, which collaborates with the municipal Civil Protection. In addition to Anna Rota and Renato Renna, Casazza librarians, the Deputy Mayor and Councilor for Culture Laura Castelletti, the Councilor for Civil Protection Valter Muchetti and Elsa Boemi, head of the Civil Protection service of the Municipality of Brescia, were present at the launch of the initiative .
