Asti: Mayor Rasero collected the “VIVI, livable territory” award in Genoa.
Asti. Mayor Maurizio Rasero on Wednesday 25 October he participated in the Award Ceremony "LIVE, livable territorye” at the GSE stand on the occasion of theAnnual assembly of the ANCI in Genoa. In fact the Municipality of Asti is among the 3 Municipalities that the GSE has identified on a national scale as a beneficiary of the Prize.
A recognition for the Municipalities that have distinguished themselves in the use of renewable energy, in implementation of energy efficiency interventions and in the development of Energy Communities, with innovative work on public buildings, but also with a great attention to production activities, employment and the reduction of consumption and environmental impact. These local authorities are characterized by having activated at least three GSE services in the sectors of construction, lighting, self-consumption, development and maintenance of PV systems, energy communities, mobility and energy valorisation of waste. The Municipality of Asti has obtained 4.433.000 euros of incentive from the GSE, co-financed with the Thermal Account, for three building redevelopment projects, two of which are nZEB: Buonarroti, Jona, and offices in Piazza Catena.
Asti has also invested in several photovoltaic systems incentivized through the Energy Account. Great satisfaction on the part of Mayor Rasero and Deputy Mayor Morra with delegation to Public Works: we are now reaping the fruits of the planning and redevelopment works initiated and followed by our offices, to whom it goes a huge thank you.
