The aggressor, with the probable collaboration of another individual, still unknown at the moment, immediately after the incident he disappeared on foot into the surrounding streets, where the military, thanks to the detailed description provided by the victim, actually tracked him down, while he tried to hide behind a parked vehicle.

Deducing from the 23-year-old's intolerant attitude that he might be hiding weapons or other prohibited objects, the officers searched him on the spot and They found on him a partially used can of pepper spray and a cell phone corresponding to the one described by the victim, to which it was returned, also and above all in consideration of the fact that, as proof, he unlocked it using his fingerprint.

The military then reported the 23-year-old, with prejudice, to the Judicial Authority of Livorno for rapina.
