Terrazza mascagni
Free show organized by LEM Foundation (Livorno Euro Mediterranea) on behalf of the Municipality with a proposal that also looks at the city from an artistic point of view. In fact, the singers who will perform are from Livorno, as are the presenter and the DJs, who will make those who decide to greet the new year dance on the splendid esplanade overlooking the sea in Livorno.
As they will be last year Martina Paris and Leonardo Demi to present on stage the New Year's Eve evening, whose start is scheduled for 22.00 pmThe start is entrusted to the DJ set by Vittorio l'Indiano and Giovanni FrauThe New Year's Eve of the two DJs will be in the spirit of the hits of the 80s and 90s up to the current dance.
After this first taste of dance music between 22.00pm and 22.30pm, it will be Rebel Toschi's turn to entertain the audience until 23.00pm.
The relay of the evening of the last day of the year will therefore see the passing of the baton between Rebel Toschi and the group Gli anni. This is a musical project that proposes the great successes of Italian music. The band will bring to the stage a traveling journey from the Sixties to today, giving life to a multicolored show that will go from twist to rock 'n' roll, without leaving out ballads and all the Italian pop, covering artists such as Cesare Cremonini, Vasco Rossi, Edoardo Bennato, I Giganti, l'Equipe 84, Lucio Battisti and many others. The band is composed of Cristiano Sbolci - guitar and vocals, Alessio Masoni - guitar and backing vocals, Moreno Vivaldi - drums and percussion, Francesco Carone - keyboards and harmonica and Samuele Pirone - bass and double bass.
The music of Gli Anni will entertain the public from 23.30pm to 00.30am, with the interlude of the long-awaited welcome to the new year, to then leave space again for the DJ Set of Vittorio l'Indiano and Giovanni Frau which will continue until 02.30am.

Goldoni Theater
From pop to opera with La Traviata on stage at the Goldoni theatre.
There are countless scenes in this opera that belong to the history of melodrama, so famous and well-known are they: among these is the very famous toast “Libiam ne' lieti calici” which concludes the party scene in the luxurious residence of the protagonist in waltz time, praising the joys of wine, love and pleasure. Precisely on the theme of celebration, the performance of La traviata is also present in the special evening “New Year's Eve at Goldoni”, on December 31st, with the toast to the new year and the continuation, on the occasion of the particular day of celebration, with the engaging “Karaopera: when the public sings”. A special evening that combines the pleasure of listening to a very popular opera, with some musical moments that will involve the public, choir and orchestra in a collective party which will be joined by Cristiano Grasso's Monday Girl Choir and there will be no shortage of surprises!
For the scenic part, La traviata is presented with a new production created by the Teatro Goldoni of Livorno in collaboration with the Fondazione Carnevale di Viareggio, directed by Nicola Fanucchi and conducted by maestro Mario Menicagli, administrative director of the Teatro Goldoni. Sets by Claudia Castriotta, costumes by Fondazione Cerratelli and masks by Marella Sampieri; stylistic revision by Luca D'Annunzio, light designer Michele Rombolini; image processing: Fabio Camillo and Ilaria Angelotti.
