Cecina: arrested for violating the no-approach order, foreigner ends up in prison.

Arrest for violation of the prohibition to approach

In this context, i Carabinieri of the Cecina Station, by order of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Livorno, have executed a precautionary measure against a man of North African origins. The provision has aggravated his precautionary measure of prohibition from approaching the injured party, his wife, by commuting it to pre-trial detention.

The man was then found at his wife's house and arrested, and then taken to prison.

It should be emphasized that, since this is a preliminary investigations, the criminal liability of the accused will be assessed by the Judge during the trial and, therefore, his guilt will be definitely confirmed only with one irrevocable sentence.
