Arrested in Cecina for Illicit Drug Cultivation: Hashish, Marijuana and Drug-Dealing Material Seized

As part of the services of fight against drug trafficking, the Carabinieri of the Operational and Radiomobile Nucleus of the Cecina Company have a man arrested and a woman reported at large, both in their fifties of the area, accused of having set up a camp on the land of their home illicit cultivation of narcotic substances. The military, following observation services also carried out in civilian clothes, carried out a check in the garden of a house where there was a homemade wooden greenhouse.

Inside the latter, following a search, the carabinieri have 145 grams of narcotic substance found type hashish, 310 grams of marijuana-type narcotic substance, fans and halogen lamps for drying the narcotic, fertilizers and seeds for the relative home cultivation, 460 euros in small denomination banknotes, presumably attributable to drug dealing activities, as well as scales and material used to package doses of drugs.

What was found was recovered and seized. and made available to the Judicial Authority of Livorno, and for the crime of cultivation and possession for the purpose of dealing of narcotic substances the man was arrested and his partner reported. At the end of today's hearing, held at the Court of Livorno, the arrest was validated.
